GRI is looking for a General Manager for our pneumatic tire manufacturing plant in Badalgama, Sri Lanka. The General Manager is responsible for meeting daily operational and scheduling requirements, ensuring on-time delivery of production with customer-driven quality. This role also involves overseeing productivity, process improvement, waste management, financial management, and talent development.
