Key Responsibilities

Design engaging visual content for social media, website, email campaigns, and digital displays.
Create high-quality print materials, including brochures, menus, internal communications, and promotional flyers.
Ensure all designs align with the Mount Lavinia Hotel brand guidelines and luxurious image.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing and F&B teams to conceptualize and execute design projects.
Manage a library of design assets and ensure consistency across all visual communications.

Candidate Profile

A degree or professional qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and current design trends.
Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of creative and professional work.
