Group Head Of Digital
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the Group-wide digital and technology strategy aligned to business goals.
- Drive digital transformation across customer journeys, operations, and internal processes.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, system architecture, and technology governance across the Group.
- Ensure robust cybersecurity frameworks, data protection, and risk management practices.
- Identify and implement new digital revenue streams and business models.
- Lead digital platforms, product development, and ecosystem partnerships.
- Champion data-driven decision-making, analytics, and automation.
- Partner with business units to deliver scalable and impactful technology solutions.
- Build and lead a high – performing digital and IT team across the Group.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and translate them into business value.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years’ experience in digital, technology, or transformation roles.
- Proven track record in leading enterprise-wide digital or technology transformation.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and system architecture.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to link technology to business outcomes.
- Experience in platform development, data analytics, and automation.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional change.
- Exposure to multi-business or regional environments is an advantage.
