Head of Operations

One Galle Face is looking for an experienced Head of Operations to lead the overall operations of our Shopping Centre and Office Tower, ensuring safe, secure, efficient and customer-focused operations.

Key Responsibilities: –

• Lead overall Shopping Centre & Office Tower operations

• Oversee Engineering, Security, Fire & Life Safety, Parking and Soft Services

• Manage Retail Relations, Tenant Management and Fit-Out activities

• Ensure compliance, risk management and smooth facility operations

• Lead multi-functional teams and manage key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline

• 12–15 years of relevant experience in operations, facilities/property management, hospitality, commercial real estate, shopping malls or mixed-use developments

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
