We’re Hiring | Hospital Manager – Badulla
Mount Lotus Hospitals, Sri Lanka’s growing Eye & ENT Hospital Chain, is excited to announce the launch of our newest addition in Badulla. We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-oriented Hospital Manager to lead our new facility and play a key role in its successful establishment and long-term growth.

Key Requirements
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or a related Health Science field
✅ 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role (hospital or healthcare sector preferred)
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
✅ Ability to manage hospital operations and lead multidisciplinary teams
✅ Willingness to reside and work full-time in Badulla is preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall operations and administration of the hospital
- Ensure high standards of patient care and service excellence
- Lead, motivate, and develop hospital staff
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
- Support the successful launch and continuous growth of the new branch
