Testa Bake House Pvt Ltd, a leading name in the bakery and food production sector in Sri Lanka, is looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Assistant /HR Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment & onboarding processes
Maintain employee records & HR documentation
Assist in payroll coordination & HR reporting
Ensure compliance with labour laws & company policies
Coordinate training and employee engagement activities
Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in HR Management or a related field
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is an advantage
