💼 Experience: 3+ years in HR

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Manage HR policies, processes & compliance
🔹 Support customer HR requirements & employee relations
🔹 Manage HR BPO operations
🔹 Lead HR system implementations
🔹 Manage teams & projects
🔹 Handle multiple tasks and priorities
🔹 Support performance, recruitment & talent development

Requirements
✅ Degree / professional qualification in HR or Business Management
✅ Strong HR knowledge & communication skills
✅ Team & project management experience
✅ HRIS/BPO experience is an advantage
✅ English & Sinhala proficiency

📌 Preference for candidates based in or around Boralesgamuwa.
