Key Responsibilities:-

✅ Recruitment, onboarding & employee records management

✅ Assisting in payroll & attendance management

✅ Supporting training & development initiatives

✅ Ensuring compliance with labor laws & company policies

✅ Handling employee relations & welfare activities

Requirements:-

✔️ Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in HRM or a related field

✔️ 1-2 years of HR experience (manufacturing industry experience is an advantage)

✔️ Strong communication & interpersonal skills

✔️ Proficiency in MS Office & HRIS systems
