🚨 Join our growing team at Araliya Packaging Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. Are you passionate about Human Resources and looking to build your career in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We are looking for a motivated and results-driven HR Executive to join our team.

📍 Location: Industrial Zone, Lakshauyana, Polonnaruwa

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process

✅ Handle employee onboarding and induction programmes

✅ Maintain employee records and HR documentation

✅ Monitor attendance, leave, and absenteeism

✅ Support payroll preparation and HR administration

✅ Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan Labour Laws and company policies

✅ Coordinate employee engagement, training, and performance management activities

Requirements :

✔ Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management

✔ 2–4 years of experience in a similar HR role (manufacturing experience will be an added advantage)

✔ Good knowledge of Sri Lankan Labour Laws

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
