HR EXECUTIVE – GRIP FACTORY

GRIP Factory, a key part of the Delmege Group, manufactures innovative wood-based solutions for a better tomorrow. We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to drive people initiatives at factory level and contribute to building a skilled, motivated and high-performing workforce.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment & Workforce Planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment to meet factory manpower needs
Skilled Labour Recruitment
- Focus on recruitment of carpenters, machine operators and other technical staff
NVQ Training School Development
- Initiate and stabilize an NVQ-qualified training school to build a sustainable pipeline of skilled labour
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive and productive workplace culture
Performance Management & Development
- Support performance reviews, learning initiatives and career growth
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, labour laws and statutory requirements
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Good knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for people development and a hands-on, solution-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
