HR Executive (Recruitment & Operations)
Location Bandaragama | Millaniya (Transport provided via specific routes)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment cycle, from manpower planning and sourcing to shortlisting and interviewing, ensuring talent pipelines are filled efficiently.
- Manage and execute intensive recruitment drives for plant operations, production, and support staff to support business growth.
- Manage the onboarding, induction, and orientation processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management (e.g., CIPM, PQHRM) or a related field.
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of proven experience in HR,
with a strong track record in mass recruitment and sourcing, preferably within a manufacturing or Food & Beverage environment.
