We’re Hiring: HR Intern & HR Executive – Business Partner

Asiri Health, a leader in Sri Lanka’s private healthcare sector, is looking for dynamic and passionate individuals to join our Human Resources team at our Colombo office.

Position 1: HR Intern

Requirements:

Undergraduate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in MS Office

Position 2: HR Executive – Business Partner

Requirements:

Degree or professional qualification in HRM or related discipline

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a service-oriented organization

Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively with different departments

Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala
