Human Resource Executive

We’re looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our Supply Chain & Logistics team based in Pepiliyana, Sri Lanka.

This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and is passionate about building strong, people-first workplaces.

What you’ll own:

• End-to-end recruitment for logistics, warehouse & corporate roles
• Employee onboarding, relations & grievance handling
• Payroll inputs, compliance & HRIS management
• Performance management & HR reporting

What we’re looking for:

• 3-5 years of generalist HR experience
• Background in supply chain, logistics, or FMCG is a plus
• Solid knowledge of Sri Lanka labor law
• Strong communication and people skills
