Key Requirements:-
*Completed or pursing a HND/Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
*Proven experience of 1.5 to 02 years working in an IT help desk or technical support role.
*Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and network concepts.
*Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and software applications.
*Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems and remote support tools.
*Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
*Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
*Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
