Junior QA Engineer

We are Hiring – Junior QA Engineer (On-site)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products through effective testing practices and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Skills & Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in IT / Software Engineering / Computer Science (Mandatory)

– Minimum 1+ year of experience in Software Quality Assurance

– Strong knowledge of manual testing & automation concepts and methodologies (automation tools – Cypress, Playwright)

– Experience in writing and executing test cases and test scenarios

– Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira or similar)

– Good understanding of SDLC and STLC processes

– Knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) to support testing activities

– Basic understanding of REST APIs and system workflows

– Familiarity with Git and version control systems

– Good problem-solving and analytical skills

– Fluent in English with strong communication skills

Additional Skills (Preferred):

– Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java)

– Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman)

– Exposure to CI/CD pipelines

– Understanding of performance or security testing basics

– Experience working in Agile environments

Responsibilities:

– Design, develop, and execute manual test cases

– Identify, document, and track bugs effectively

– Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing

– Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure product quality

– Assist in maintaining test documentation and reports

– Utilize AI tools to improve testing efficiency and productivity

– Support test automation efforts where applicable
