We’re expanding our Engineering Team at Radisson Collection Resort & Spa, Galle!
Are you passionate about hotel engineering, maintenance excellence, and delivering world-class guest experiences?
We are currently looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering Department.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with the first and only Radisson Collection Resort in South East Asia, where you’ll be involved in:
• Hotel MEP systems and engineering operations
• Preventive maintenance planning and execution
• Project coordination, renovations and technical improvements
• ISO management systems and engineering documentation
• Working alongside the Chief Engineer and Engineering Manager on world-class hospitality projects
Who should apply?
✅ BSc in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent Engineering discipline)
✅ Minimum 2 years of hotel maintenance engineering experience preferred
✅ Fresh graduates with a strong passion for hotel engineering are also encouraged to apply
✅ Knowledge of MEP systems, CAD software, and excellent communication skills
