Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in MEP design.

Associate Member of IESL.

Strong knowledge of MEP systems and local building regulations.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, AutoCAD MEP, Dialux, HAP, or similar tools.

Knowledge of Revit is an added advantage.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Proactive and solution-oriented approach to on-site challenges.
