Mobile Engineering Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced 𝐌𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 to lead our mobile development team and drive the design, development, integration, and delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality digital applications.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :
· Lead, mentor, and technically guide the mobile development team.
· Drive mobile application architecture, development standards, code quality, and best practices.
· Lead Flutter-based mobile application development and integrations with backend services.
· Collaborate with Backend, Frontend, QA, DevOps, Product, and Architecture teams.
· Participate in solution design, technical reviews, troubleshooting, and production support.
· Drive continuous improvements in engineering practices, performance, security, and delivery.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 :
· 5+ years of software engineering experience, with proven technical leadership experience.
· Strong hands-on experience in Flutter & Dart.
· Strong knowledge of Java & Spring Boot and RESTful API development.
· Good understanding of SQL Server and database concepts.
· Working knowledge of Angular / React and modern web technologies.
· Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, Git, Agile/Scrum, and CI/CD practices.
· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
Added Advantage
· Experience in Banking, FinTech, Digital Wallets, Payments, or other transaction-intensive applications.
· Knowledge of mobile application security, API security, Firebase, Kotlin, or cloud/container technologies.
