Ruhunu Hospital is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and service-oriented individuals to join our growing team in the following positions:

Ward Assistant (Male/Female)

• Passed G.C.E. O/L Examination.
• Ability to assist patients and perform ward attendant duties.
• Previous experience in a hospital environment will be an added advantage.

Ward Nurse & Theatre Nurse

• Age between 25 to 55 years.
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Experience in operation theatre procedures and high standards of patient care.
• Minimum 1-2 year of experience in an operating theater setting preferred.

Assistant Chef / Cook

• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospital kitchen.
• Minimum 4 years of experience of Sri Lankan foods.

Pharmacy Assistant

• O/L & A/L Qualifications
• Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting preferred.

Café Cashier

• Passed G.C.E. O/L Examination.
• Previous cashiering experience will be an advantage.

Linen Staff

• Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping operations preferred.

Cleaning Staff

• Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene within hospital premises.

Security Staff

• Previous experience in security services preferred.

Guest Relations Officer (GRO)

• Passed G.C.E. A/L Examination.
• Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil proficiency is a plus)
• Previous experience in hospitality or healthcare customer service preferred.

Receptionist

• Passed G.C.E. A/L Examination.
• Good command of English and computer literacy.
• Previous experience in reception or front office operations preferred.

Housekeeping Staff

• Experience in housekeeping operations preferred.

Phlebotomist

• Certificate, Diploma in phlebotomy or relevant field.
• Experience in blood collection procedures preferred.
