PLANT MANAGER

Sathuta Ready-Mix (Pvt) Ltd is looking for an experienced and responsible Plant Manager to oversee the operations of our Ready-Mix Concrete production plant.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Production/Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) or Construction industry.
Strong knowledge of concrete batching plants, mix designs, raw materials, and machinery maintenance.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
Ability to work under pressure and handle operational emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily plant operations and concrete production.
Ensure quality control and compliance with required standards.
Coordinate plant maintenance and resource utilization.
Lead and manage plant staff and operators.
Monitor production, stock, maintenance, and operational reports.
Coordinate with customers, project teams, suppliers, and delivery teams.
