Responsibilities
- Plan and manage digital content production from concept to delivery
- Coordinate with content creators, editors, and marketing teams
- Oversee content schedules and ensure timely publishing
- Develop content ideas based on trends and audience insights
- Ensure content aligns with brand strategy and platform requirements
- Monitor performance and optimize content strategies
Requirements
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Good communication skills in Sinhala and English
- Previous experience in content production or digital media
- Understanding of social media platforms and digital trends
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Creative thinking and problem solving ability
