We’re Hiring: Product Development Engineer

🕒 Full-time | Reports to: AM – Engineering

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable engineering solutions
Support new product development and improve existing designs/processes
Design moulds and components using Fusion 360 / SolidWorks
Develop BOMs and perform cost analysis for competitive quotations
Prepare technical proposals, tenders, and client presentations
Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Quality teams
Engage with customers, handle technical discussions, and support negotiations

🎯 What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Mechatronics Engineering
1–3 years’ experience in product development or manufacturing roles
Strong CAD skills (Fusion 360 or SolidWorks)
Knowledge in NPDP, BOM development, and cost estimation
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally
Willingness to travel for client visits
