We Are Hiring: Production Manager – Matugama Plant

Jayasinghe Plastic Industries is a leading plastic packaging solutions provider in Sri Lanka, serving local and multinational brands across food, beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical, and personal care sectors.

1. Oversee daily manufacturing operations
2. Manage production schedules and optimize workflows
3. Maintain quality standards and safety compliance
4. Lead teams to meet production targets and deadlines
5. Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless operations
6. Drive continuous improvement using Lean / TPS principles

Requirements

1. Strong production management and planning skills
2. Knowledge of quality control and manufacturing safety regulations
3. Leadership and team management capability
4. Analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
6. Experience in packaging or manufacturing industry
7. Comprehensive knowledge of modern manufacturing tools (Lean Manufacturing / TPS)

Location: Matugama
