🔧 Position: Production Supervisor
📅 Experience Required: 2–4 years in production or factory supervisory roles

🛠 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and manage the internal production team
✅ Monitor and maintain staff attendance and discipline
✅ Handle new staff recruitment and onboarding
✅ Ensure monthly production targets are met
✅ Manage showroom and outlet stock availability
✅ Coordinate with outlet managers for production planning
✅ Maintain employee records and liaise with HR
✅ Oversee quality control and ensure high production standards
✅ Supervise both wholesale and retail production processes
