Good Life X is looking for a Program Manager (part-time, 3 days per week with the potential to move full-time) to join our mission of transforming businesses from extractive to regenerative — driving real change for people and planet.

The Role :-

We’re seeking a Program Manager to help lead and coordinate our conservation and entrepreneurial programs across Sri Lanka.

You’ll manage timelines, stakeholder relationships, events, and donor deliverables — ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and with impact.

💡 What you’ll do :-

1) Plan, execute, and track project progress

2) Coordinate with partners, experts, and teams

3) Manage relationships with donors and stakeholders

4) Oversee reporting, documentation, and monitoring

5) Support events, workshops, and community activities

🎯 What you bring:-

5+ years of project management experience Strong organizational and communication skills Comfort working across government, business, and community sectors

Experience with PM tools and donor-funded projects Passion for sustainability, innovation, and circularity Details

Part-time: 3 days/week (potential to move full-time)

Hybrid: Office on Mon & Tue; remote rest of the week

Salary: Rs. 130,000 – 150,000/month (based on experience)
