🎯 WHAT YOU’LL DO

🔹 Support project execution across multiple sites
🔹 Coordinate labour teams & material flow
🔹 Track daily progress, reports & site updates
🔹 Assist in planning, scheduling & resource allocation
🔹 Ensure quality, safety & timeline adherence
🔹 Be the link between the office and the field

✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

🔸 2–4 years of experience in operations, projects, construction, or agriculture
🔸 Diploma / Degree in Agriculture, Engineering, or Management
🔸 Strong planning, coordination & communication skills
🔸 Comfortable with site visits & field work
🔸 Tech-savvy — Excel, WhatsApp, Google Sheets
🔸 A self-starter with a “get it done” attitude
🔸 Valid driving license (preferred)
