Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 8–10 years of strong on-site execution experience to plan, lead, and deliver projects efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion, cost control, quality standards, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end project execution from mobilization to handover
• Lead site teams including engineers, supervisors, and contractors
• Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical and operational issues
• Implement and enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Prepare and present regular progress, cost, and risk reports
• Identify risks and take corrective/preventive actions proactively

Candidate Requirements
• 8–10 years of site-based project experience
• Proven experience managing projects independently
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Solid understanding of project planning, execution, and control
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
