Project Operations Analyst (Mid–Senior Level)

We’re Hiring — Project Operations Analyst (Mid–Senior Level) co-energi is a premium engineering and sustainability consultancy delivering MEP design, carbon intelligence, energy optimization, and green-building certifications.

We are seeking a digitally fluent, detail-oriented Project Operations Analyst to enhance our project delivery engine, ISO/QMS compliance, documentation governance, and business development support.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage OpenProject with accurate WBS, Gantt charts, task assignments, and weekly project health reviews.

• Support project teams with coordination, risk tracking, and delivery discipline.

• Lead ISO 9001/QMS audits, maintain evidence logs, and drive SOP/template improvements.

• Enforce file governance standards, including naming, version control, and structured archiving.

• Prepare proposals, tenders, EOIs, and capability decks; convert technical content into clear presentations.

• Maintain BD pipeline, reporting, and follow-ups.

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Notion AI, etc.) to draft, summarize, format, and automate documentation.

• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action tracking across teams.

Tools & Skills:-

• AI tools, OpenProject, MS Project, Jira/Trello, Power BI, OneDrive/SharePoint, strong communication & analytical skills.

Experience: 3–7 years in PMO, project coordination, QMS/ISO support, proposals/BD or consulting operations.
