📌 Responsibilities:-

✔ Supervise and manage electrical installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities on project sites.

✔ Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.

✔ Review and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications to guide installation teams.

✔ Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.

✔ Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to design and regulatory standards.

✔ Provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on-site.

✔ Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of safety and quality.

📌 What You Bring:

✔ Diploma or NVQ Level 4/5 in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

✔ Minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrical supervisor in the MEP field.

✔ Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.

✔ Proven experience with large-scale industrial and residential projects is an advantage.

✔ Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and blueprints.

✔ Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

✔ Proficiency in using tools and software relevant to the role.
