Junior Executive – Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Junior QA Engineer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and performance of our diverse projects,
including content-heavy websites, e-commerce platforms, and AI-driven applications built on
WordPress, Laravel, Python, React.js, and Node.js.

You will contribute to delivering seamless
user experiences by conducting thorough testing and quality assurance processes.

This vacancy is for an onsite, full-time position.

Here are some of the responsibilities you need to get your hands on;
● Responsive Design Testing: Verify websites for optimal performance and consistent
user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
● Cross-Browser Testing: Ensure consistent layout and functionality across major
browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
● Content Validation: Review website and application content for accuracy, alignment,
formatting, and adherence to brand guidelines.
● Functional Testing: Test core functionalities of development projects, including forms,
buttons, login flows, shopping carts, and other interactive elements.
● Test Case Development: Write, maintain, and execute basic test cases and checklists
to ensure comprehensive test coverage for each project.
● Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing using tools like Apache JMeter to
evaluate website speed, server performance, and scalability.
● Data Quality Control: Validate data integrity and accuracy in workflows, AI automations,
and integrations, ensuring reliable outputs for data-driven features.
● AI and Martech Testing: Test AI-based features and workflows, including our
proprietary Martech AI tool, Momentro, to ensure functionality and performance align
with marketing objectives.
● Bug Reporting and Retesting: Document bugs and issues clearly in issue-tracking
systems (e.g., Jira), collaborate with developers to resolve them, and perform retesting
to confirm fixes.

● UI/UX Validation: Apply a keen eye for detail to assess user interface (UI) and user
experience (UX) elements, ensuring intuitive design, visual consistency, and alignment
with design specifications.
● Collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to meet
testing objectives, adhere to project timelines, and deliver high-quality products.
Required Skills, Experience & Knowledge
● QA Fundamentals: Basic understanding of QA principles, including manual testing, test
case creation, regression testing, and defect tracking.
● Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to understand and
evaluate front-end behavior and functionality.
● Tool Familiarity: Experience with testing tools such as BrowserStack for cross-browser
testing, Jira (or similar issue-tracking platforms), and Apache JMeter for performance
testing.
● Marketing Analytics: Familiarity with marketing analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics,
HubSpot, or similar platforms) to assess data-driven features and campaign integrations.
● AI and Martech Knowledge: Basic understanding of AI-driven workflows and Martech
tools, with a willingness to learn and test proprietary tools like Momentro.
● Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail, particularly in evaluating UI/UX elements,
content accuracy, and data quality.
● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly
document issues and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
● Team Player: Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a collaborative team
environment.
● Basic experience with testing frameworks or automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress)
is an added advantage.
● Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
● Interest in AI, Martech, or e-commerce technologies and their application in modern web
development.
