We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor
Daiki Axis Environment (Pvt) Ltd., a 100% Japanese-owned company and Sri Lanka’s premier wastewater management solution provider, is expanding its team.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Bill of Quantities.
- Tender Document Preparation.
- Preparing Subcontractors’ payment certificates.
Qualification & Experience
- Professional/academic qualification relating to Quantity Surveyor. (Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent)
- Minimum of five (05) years’ experience in construction works. Project management skills are an added
advantage. - Knowledge about current market rates & tender process.
Requirements:
- Willingness to work long hours and any part of this island.
- Age below 35 years & Male applicants are preferred
- Riding License and Light vehicle driving license
- Fair Knowledge of (English Oral and Writing)
Salaries & Benefits
- Salary – Negotiable according to the qualification and experience.
- Medical and Life Insurance after 6 Month Probation Period
