We Are Hiring: R&D Manager

Ceylon Agro Food Technologies (Pvt) Ltd (CAFT) is looking for a highly motivated, innovation-driven, and performance-oriented R&D Manager to lead research, development, and product innovation initiatives.

We are seeking a leader who can drive project execution, achieve technical milestones, and deliver commercially valuable solutions in agriculture, automation, and drone technology.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Lead R&D teams to achieve project targets and deliverables
Manage project timelines, technical resources, and development activities
Drive innovation in drone technology, automation, and agriculture solutions
Coordinate prototype testing, troubleshooting, and validation
Ensure project efficiency, technical quality, and timely execution
Mentor engineering teams and maintain high-performance work culture
Support commercialization and product development initiatives

Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or related field
