Role & Responsibility:-

Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.

Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving appropiate Instructions.

Maintains security by following procedures.

Maintains telecommunication system by following HR & Administration division’s guidance.

Answering phone in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary.

Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.

Announcing parties as necessary on business necessities.

Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, regulations and 65 processes.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Participating training programs (CCIP, first aid, fire trainings etc.)

Supporting HR and Administration functions.

Qualifications & Experience:-

Prior experience as a receptionist or in related field.

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Sound knowledge in English.

Positive attitudes.Listening skills.Expressions.Confidence.

Ability to work as a team.
