Salary: LKR 50,000 per month
About the Company:
We are an Australian company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research and Development Chemist to join our team in Sri Lanka. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading research and development projects in Sri Lanka, working closely with our Australian team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and development projects in chemistry-related fields
- Design, develop, and test new products and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Analyze data, interpret results, and make recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of research and development activities
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree students
- experience in research and development, preferably in a chemistry-related field
- Strong knowledge of chemical principles, theories, and practices
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software
