Key Responsibilities:-
Lead guests on guided nature walks, birdwatching tours, kayaking adventures, village tours, and hikes.
– Educate guests about the diverse flora, fauna, and ecosystems of Belihuloya
.- Capture and document wildlife and guest experiences using phone videography or a camera.
– Assist in expanding the biodiversity initiatives and excursions related to the property
.- Ensure the conservation and preservation of the property’s natural surroundings.
– Reside on the property and provide a seamless experience for guests throughout their stay.
Requirements:-
Passion for wildlife, nature, and environmental conservation.-
Experience or education in environmental science, wildlife management, or related fields is a plus.-
Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala; other languages are a plus.-
Comfortable with basic photography and videography to capture wildlife and guest experiences.-
Must be able to swim and have experience in handling outdoor activities such as hiking and kayaking.-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
