Reporting to: Managing Director & Klimas HQ (Poland)

About the Role

Solutions Portal Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to strengthen the presence of Klimas anchor fasteners in Sri Lanka. Klimas is a European leader in fixing systems for the construction industry, and this role plays a key part in building our market presence and technical outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Promote Klimas anchor fasteners in infrastructure, commercial, and industrial projects
Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and project decision-makers
Conduct technical product presentations, site visits, and demos
Secure product approvals and expand the project pipeline
Work closely with local and international stakeholders for technical and sales coordination
Provide regular reporting and insights on market activity

Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales of anchor fasteners, power tools, or construction-related products
BSc Engineering / NDES / NDT or any other equivalent professional engineering qualification
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-driven, with the ability to identify and convert project opportunities
Technically sound with good problem-solving capabilities
Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally
