🎯 Key Responsibilities :-
* Develop new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
* Promote and sell company products and solutions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
* Handle customer inquiries and provide suitable product solutions.
* Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets.
* Support marketing campaigns, promotions and exhibitions.
* Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
* Maintain sales records and prepare regular reports.
* For the Assistant Manager level, support the team and contribute to sales strategy and business development.
🎓 Requirements:-
* Experience in
*Sales, Marketing, Business Development or Customer Relations*.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
* Good command of English and Sinhala
* Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
* Target-oriented, energetic and self-motivated.
* Good knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools.
* Experience in technology, printing, machinery, 3D printing or related industries will be an added advantage.
* A valid driving licence will be an advantage.
