Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute employee engagement strategies to enhance workplace satisfaction and performance.
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely hiring of top talent across functions.
Coordinate employer branding activities to position HNB Assurance as an employer of choice.
Work closely with department heads to identify staffing needs and build talent pipelines.
Monitor and improve employee experience through regular feedback and engagement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
A degree or professional qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
Proven expertise in employee engagement and recruitment practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
