Senior Fashion Designer (Activewear & Lifestyle)
Location: Colombo 06 | 🕒 Full-Time
We’re looking for a creative and experienced senior fashion designer to lead our activewear and lifestyle collections.
This role blends performance-focused design with modern lifestyle aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:-
◽️Lead end-to-end design of activewear & lifestyle collections
◽️Research trends and translate insights into innovative designs
◽️Develop tech packs, specs, and collaborate with production teams
◽️Source fabrics, trims, and explore new textile technologies
◽️Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams
◽️Mentor junior designers and maintain design quality standards
Requirements:
◽️5+ years’ experience in activewear/lifestyle design (Senior level)
◽️Strong knowledge of garment construction & technical design
◽️Proficiency in Adobe Suite & 3D design tools (CLO, Optitex, etc.)
◽️Excellent trend awareness and attention to detail
◽️Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have: Degree in Fashion Design or related field Experience with sustainable materials & global markets
