Weโre looking for a strategic and hands-on HR leader to join our team as ๐๐๐ง๐ข๐จ๐ซ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ซ โ ๐๐ฎ๐ฆ๐๐ง ๐๐๐ฌ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐๐ฌ.
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, this role plays a vital part in driving our people strategy, building talent capability, and fostering a culture of continuous growth across the organization.
๐ฒ๐๐ ๐น๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ :
- Support the Head of HR in executing a forward-looking, business-aligned HR strategy
- Lead performance management, succession planning, and talent development initiatives
- Drive learning, employee engagement, and retention programs to build a resilient, future-ready workforce
- Partner with senior leadership to promote a high-performance, people-first culture
- Monitor turnover, manage retention strategies, and proactively address workforce planning needs
- Ensure compliance with regulations, policy, and labor standards across the organization
- Lead key HR projects and oversee the performance and development of the HR team
- Provide regular updates to management on key initiatives, deliverables, and HR KPIs
- Capture internal best practices and insights, sharing knowledge across teams to support continuous improvement and excellence
๐พ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐โ๐๐ ๐ฉ๐๐๐๐ :
- A postgraduate qualification in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven expertise in performance management, L&D, and strategic business partnering
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights
- Demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to lead initiatives from concept to completion
- A proactive and agile approach to HR, with excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong communication, influencing, and decision-making capabilities
