Weโ€™re looking for a strategic and hands-on HR leader to join our team as ๐’๐ž๐ง๐ข๐จ๐ซ ๐Œ๐š๐ง๐š๐ ๐ž๐ซ โ€“ ๐‡๐ฎ๐ฆ๐š๐ง ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐œ๐ž๐ฌ.

Reporting directly to the Head of HR, this role plays a vital part in driving our people strategy, building talent capability, and fostering a culture of continuous growth across the organization.

  • Support the Head of HR in executing a forward-looking, business-aligned HR strategy
  • Lead performance management, succession planning, and talent development initiatives
  • Drive learning, employee engagement, and retention programs to build a resilient, future-ready workforce
  • Partner with senior leadership to promote a high-performance, people-first culture
  • Monitor turnover, manage retention strategies, and proactively address workforce planning needs
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, policy, and labor standards across the organization
  • Lead key HR projects and oversee the performance and development of the HR team
  • Provide regular updates to management on key initiatives, deliverables, and HR KPIs
  • Capture internal best practices and insights, sharing knowledge across teams to support continuous improvement and excellence

๐‘พ๐’‰๐’‚๐’• ๐’€๐’๐’–โ€™๐’๐’ ๐‘ฉ๐’“๐’Š๐’๐’ˆ :

  • A postgraduate qualification in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven expertise in performance management, L&D, and strategic business partnering
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights
  • Demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to lead initiatives from concept to completion
  • A proactive and agile approach to HR, with excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong communication, influencing, and decision-making capabilities
