We’re Hiring:
Job Title: Senior .NET Developer (Sri Lankan candidates only)
Location: Jaffna (On-site), Northern Province, Sri Lanka.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer with extensive experience in the fintech domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining complex financial applications and APIs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and operations to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

•Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade fintech applications using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework).
•Build robust APIs, microservices, and backend systems to support fintech operations, payments, trading platforms, or digital banking solutions.
•Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other developers to define technical requirements and architecture.
•Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security, adhering to best practices for financial applications.
•Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
•Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies in fintech.
•Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.

Required Skills & Experience:

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•5+ years of professional experience in .NET development, with a focus on fintech or financial services.
•Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, and related frameworks.
•Hands-on experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases; familiarity with NoSQL databases is a plus.
•Experience in developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
•Solid understanding of security, encryption, and compliance requirements in fintech (PCI DSS, GDPR, etc.).
•Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
•Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

•Experience with real-time financial data processing or trading systems.
•Knowledge of blockchain, digital payments, or lending platforms.
•Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
•Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
