Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
Chartered Quantity Surveyor of a recognized professional institution.
Sound knowledge of CIDA and FIDIC contract documentation.
Experience in building construction projects.
Experience in contract administration and claim preparation will be considered an added advantage.
Experience in Measure & Pay building projects will be considered an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of bills and cost estimates.
Preparation and management of contractual documentation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
