🕒 Full-time ZData Innovations is a product-based software company driving digital transformation in the FinTech sector. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who can take ownership of product development, mentor a growing engineering team, and contribute actively from design to deployment.

🔧 What You’ll Do:-

• Take a lead role in the design and development of scalable software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, React, and related technologies.

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and UI/UX teams during the product design and technology evaluation stages.

• Guide the full software development lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment and post-release support.

• Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability through best practices in architecture and design.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a high-performing product development team.

• Participate in technical reviews, design discussions, and roadmap planning. Work on enterprise-grade applications within the financial services domain.

🛠 Tech Stack:-

• Backend: Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs

• Frontend: React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript

• Dev Tools: Git, Maven, Docker, Jenkins

• Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB

✅ What We’re Looking For:-

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software engineering.

• Strong experience in Java/Spring Boot and React frameworks.

• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and clean code practices.

• Proven experience in product-based development environments (FinTech experience is a plus).

• Ability to lead technically and work collaboratively in agile teams.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Willingness to mentor, share knowledge, and contribute to team growth.

🌟 Nice to Have:-

• Experience in financial or banking systems.

• Exposure to microservices, containerization, and DevOps practices.

• Familiarity with security, performance tuning, and enterprise integration patterns.
