We’re Hiring: Senior Software Engineer (Odoo)
📍 Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules.
Lead technical implementation of Odoo ERP projects.
Perform upgrades, migrations, and third-party integrations.
Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize performance.
Collaborate with consultants and clients to deliver solutions.
Review code, mentor developers, and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of Odoo development experience.
Strong Python, Odoo Framework, PostgreSQL, XML, QWeb, and JavaScript skills.
Experience with Odoo modules, REST APIs, integrations, and migrations.
Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
Odoo Certification is a plus.

Nice to Have
Odoo.sh, Linux, Docker, Git, CI/CD.
ERP consulting experience.
Agile/Scrum and cloud platform exposure.
