We’re Hiring: Social Media Video Editor (100% Remote)

Hot Chocolate Studios is looking for a creative, reliable Social Media Video Editor to join our team.

In this role, you will handle video editing deliverables across our creative projects, including content for our headline musical project, Hot Chocolate, as well as video assets for our partner brands and side ventures.

Job Details & How It Works :-

👉 Work Location: 100% Remote / Work from Home

👉 Model: Retainer-based (Fixed monthly deliverable quota)

👉 Compensation: Competitive / Above market rate Deliverables & Responsibilities

👉 Edit short-form video content optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

👉 Assemble full-length video content, promo clips, and event highlights.

👉 Incorporate clean cuts, text overlays, dynamic audio syncing, and basic visual effects.

👉 Maintain a consistent delivery schedule to hit the agreed monthly quota of edits. Requirements

👉 Proven experience editing short-form and long-form content for social media.

👉 Proficiency in industry editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or CapCut).

👉 Strong understanding of social media trends, pacing, sound design, and audio-video timing.

👉 Ability to work independently, manage your own time, and consistently meet monthly deadlines.
