Socio Economic Research Analyst

We are hiring a Full-Time Socio-Economic Research Analyst to join our Economic Research team in Colombo.

Verité Research is seeking an analyst with 1-3 years of experience to produce rigorous, evidence-led research on the social and economic questions shaping policy in Sri Lanka and the region.

Key Requirements:

A First Class or Second Upper degree in economics, public policy, sociology, gender studies, or a related field.

1 to 3 years of experience in socio-economics, policy analysis, academic research, advocacy, data analysis, or journalism.

Critical thinking skills to evaluate complex social issues objectively.

Full professional working proficiency in English, alongside proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Sinhala and/or Tamil.
