Role Overview:
We are seeking a Software Engineer (Contract) to join our team and contribute to developing our new Employee Management System. This role is focused on hands-on coding and implementing product features. You’ll collaborate with other developers and team members to build high-quality software that meets our clients’ needs.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain features for our Employee Management System using Java (Spring Boot), React, and PostgreSQL.

Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.

Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and propose technical solutions.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining code quality.

Take part in sprint planning and team discussions.

Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of professional experience in software development.

Solid experience with Java (Spring Boot), React, and PostgreSQL.

Understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
