We are Hiring – Software Engineer (On-site)

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Flutter Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality, responsive, and reliable mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

Key Requirements:

– Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

-Professional Experience: 1–3 years of relevant industry experience in mobile application development, with hands-on experience in Flutter.

-Flutter Expertise: Strong experience developing and deploying cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

-State Management: Proficiency in state management solutions such as BLoC, Riverpod, or Provider.

-Data Integration: Strong knowledge of local storage and caching solutions such as Hive, Isar, or SQLite, along with secure API and network communication.

-Version Control: Proficiency in Git and experience with collaborative branching and version control practices.

-API Integration: Experience working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party services.

-Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues effectively.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

– React Native: Practical experience or familiarity with React Native, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

– CI/CD: Experience setting up mobile automation pipelines using tools like Codemagic, Fastlane, or GitHub Actions.

Key Responsibilities:

– Flutter Development: Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, contributing to architecture, development, and deployment.

– UI/UX Implementation: Convert Figma designs into responsive, user-friendly, and visually accurate mobile interfaces.

– API & Service Integration: Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Firebase, AWS, and other third-party services.

– State Management: Implement scalable state management solutions using BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, or similar frameworks.

– Cross-Framework Collaboration: Support existing systems and feature compatibility using React Native where required.

– App Deployment: Assist with the build, signing, testing, and deployment of applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

– Code Quality & Optimization: Write unit tests, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize applications for performance, stability, and efficient memory usage.
