At Randoli, we’re hiring a Solutions Engineer (Sri Lanka) someone who can take their hands-on Kubernetes and observability experience and evolve into a Solutions Architect.

This is not a support role. This is not just dashboards and alerts.
You’ll work directly with customers to:
📌 Drive adoption of the Randoli platform, helping teams onboard, instrument, and get real value from day one.
📌 Design and guide customers to build observability pipelines using OpenTelemetry
📌 Help teams understand why their systems behave the way they do, not just what is broken.
📌 Unblock customers when they hit challenges, from instrumentation gaps to scaling and performance issues.
📌 Shape how modern observability should work in an AI-driven world, based on real customer problems
👀 We’re looking for someone who:
◾ Has real Kubernetes / DevOps / SRE experience (not just certifications)
◾ Has debugged production systems (logs, metrics, traces)
◾ Is curious about how systems fail and how to fix them
◾ Can explain technical problems clearly to others
◾ Wants to move into a customer-facing, high-impact role
