Your Role & Responsibilities:-
Be the first point of contact for student inquiries via calls, social media, and in-person visits.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities and understand student needs.
Build strong, lasting relationships with students and parents, guiding them through the entire admissions process—from application to enrollment.
Engage with prospective students to ensure high conversion rates.
Represent us at corporate events, school outreach programs, and exhibitions to drive student enrollments.
Gather student feedback and share valuable insights with our internal team to continuously improve our services.
What We’re Looking For:–
A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory).
At least 2 years of experience in the education sector, with a minimum of 18 months at a single agency.
A deep passion for international education and a strong willingness to learn.
Excellent communication and counseling skills.
Proficiency in English & Sinhala (Tamil is a plus), along with experience using MS Office and virtual meeting tools.
A high level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical work standards.
